The master bedroom has its own large en suite bathroom with walk in power shower and bath and double sinks. The spacious and peaceful master bedroom balcony overlooks the property's private garden. The 2nd bedroom is furnished with twin beds that can be joined to make a double bed, and the 3rd bedroom is furnished with a cot and bunks for kids. There is also a living area with TV/DVD on the upstairs landing.
Downstairs, the kitchen includes large fridge freezer, microwave oven, cutlery, washing machine and all required household appliances. The kitchen has direct access to the landscaped garden. Adjacent to the kitchen is an open plan dining room.
The living area comprises of one entertainment area complete with flat screen TV, free to air satellite TV and wireless Internet access, as well as an open plan dining area perfect for entertaining family and friends, also with direct access to the garden.
The study is perfect for work or relaxation, with wireless internet access and a sofa bed for extra guests.
Just outside the garden boundary is a communal landscaped park area and children’s playground. Just a short walk away is a large shared resident’s pool with sun beds, children’s play area and baby pool, as well as tennis courts and recreation areas.
