The master bedroom has its own large en suite bathroom with shower and bath and double sinks. The spacious and peaceful master bedroom balcony overlooks the property's private garden. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms share a separate bathroom and each are beautifully designed and furnished.

 

Downstairs the kitchen includes large fridge freezer, microwave oven, cutlery, washing machine and all required household appliances.

 

The living area comprises of one entertainment area complete with flat screen TV, free to air satellite TV and wireless Internet access, as well as an open plan dining area with table and 6 chairs, also with direct access to the private pool area.

Just outside the garden boundary is a communal landscaped park area and children’s playground. Just a short walk away ( 3 minutes) is a large shared resident’s pool with sun beds, a children’s play area and baby pool, as well as tennis courts and recreation areas. There is also a large central lake with pedestrian walk ways perfect for a walk or evening jog. A 10 minute walk or short drive will take you to the community centre with has a full size supermarket, 2restaurants ( Arabic & Italian), Pizza Hut, Burger King, Costa Coffee, Haagen Daz cafe, health spa and gym and Lloyds Bank ATM.

In close proximity to the Arabian Ranches residential area is Dubai Polo & Equestrian Club with pony riding, desert hacking, regular show jumping and equestrian competitions and polo matches.
